Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed for a Guided City Tour of Helsinki. The city tour takes in the most interesting parts of Helsinki, such as the historical center with Senate Square, the Presidential Palace, City Hall, the Parliament building, Finlandia Hall and the Opera House and much more. In the afternoon you will board the luxurious cruise for a fascinating voyage across the Baltic Sea and through the Swedish archipelago to Stockholm. Enjoy a Viking buffet dinner on board the cruise. After dinner, you can dance the night away in the Nightclub, linger in the various shops, or enjoy the scenery as we cruise to Stockholm in style. Overnight on Board Cruise (2 to a Berth - Inside Cabins).
Breakfast on board cruise. Arrive in Stockholm - the fashionable Swedish capital. Meet you coach and proceed for a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Stockholm. We start with the glamorous City Hall, an impressive building, both in terms of architecture and artistic embellishments, where every year the Nobel Prize banquette takes place, the Royal Palace and the Cathedral. Visit the Old Town, renowned for its picturesque narrow alleys that date from the middle ages. Next visit the famous Vasa Museum, housing the majestic 17th century royal warship Vasa, which sank on her maiden voyage in 1628 and was salvaged in 1961. Later free at leisure to explore this beautiful city on your own. We meet in the evening for Dinner at Restaurant. Later check in Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed by coach to Oslo – the Viking capital where fjords and mountains meet. En route visit the town of Karlstad, situated between the cities of Stockholm and Oslo. Lying on the northern shores of Lake Vanern, this town is bisected by the Klaralven River, where it provides visitors with an opportunity to completely soak in its splendid beauty. On arrival into Oslo, check in and relax in the comforts of your Hotel. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed for a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Oslo. See the Town House, the House of Parliament, the Royal Palace and the majestic Akershus fortress. Visit the magnificent and unique Vigeland Sculpture Park, the highlight of your city tour and Karl Johan Street. Later, we visit the Viking Ship Museum, where you can see remarkably preserved Viking Ships. This museum offers a wide collection of artifacts from the Viking period. Afternoon free at leisure to explore this city on your own. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
Breakfast at Hotel. Today we will have a fun day with adventures and ever changing beautiful scenery of Norway’s most famous trip which is also known as Norway in a Nutshell. We proceed to Oslo Train Station first where you will take a Train to Mydral and from here you will board the Flam Scenic Train, a masterpiece of engineering set in wild and wonderful scenery to travel to Flam. Feast your eyes on the ever-changing panorama of huge mountains and thundering waterfalls as the train glides through tunnels and open stretches on its way down to wild Flam valley. Wonder around the idyllic countryside, before embarking on an enchanting Cruise Ride through the spectacular fjords. Be amazed with the splendid scenery as the boat takes you from Aurlandsfjord into the Naeroyfjord, one of the narrowest fjord in Europe, surrounded by mighty mountains of up to 1800 meters. On arrival at scenic Gudvangen, board your coach as you travel through the impressive Norwegian landscape to Bergen. Pass charming villages before arriving into Bergen, ‘the Gateway to the Fjords’. Arrive in Bergen and Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel
Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed for a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Bergen. Bergen is an international town with a small-town charm and atmosphere, surrounded by seven rounded lush mountains. The Hanseatic Wharf Bryggen with its pastel-color wooden houses, winding cobblestone streets and Old Bergen are just a few of the many attractions that make Bergen a real place of enchantment. Visit the harbour, the fish market, see St. Mary’s Church from the 12th century and one of the most outstanding Romanesque churches in the country. Next, take a fun filled ride on the Funicular train (Train Included). From the top of Fløyen, you will have a wonderful birds-eye view of Bergen with its seaward approach and the surrounding fjords and islands. Visitors can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the diversity of this historic city and its surrounding area. You can see far out into the mouth of the fjord, northwards to the Island of Fedje and as far south as the islands of Sunnhordland.
They have recently built a new viewing platform, making it even easier to enjoy the view of the city. Later return to Bergen and proceed to Bergen Airport to connect a flight to Copenhagen (Flight Included). Upon arrival in Copenhagen meet your coach and proceed directly for Dinner at Restaurant. Later check in Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed for a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Copenhagen. See the City Hall, the Parliament building, the Amalienborg Palace, which is the home of the Royal family, the Stock Exchange, Gefion fountain, Little Mermaid and many other interesting sights. Later visit the famous Tivoli Gardens (Admission Included). Here you will have an opportunity to enjoy the various rides on your own. In the evening Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

All airport or train station on Arrival and Departure days can be on Private or Joint basis depending on the flights.
When booking triple rooms please note that the third bed is based on sharing the existing bedding (two beds) in a twin-bedded standard room or maybe a "roll-away" bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. Substitute hotels may be used at certain times and will be of similar standard whenever possible. Please note that single rooms in Europe may be smaller than twin-bedded rooms.

Air fares to and from Europe, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, laundry, phone calls, beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips to motor-coach drivers and local city guides, items of a personal nature, excess baggage, optional excursions.
All reservations are to be booked in advance. In case any reservation is booked less than 45 days in advance we might have to charge a surcharge in case due to the difference in train and airfare within Europe.
All reservations together with booking form must include a deposit of 25% of the total tour fare reservations if booked earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date.
Balance payment for the tour must be paid at least 45 days in prior to arrival date. In the event full payment is not received 45 days prior arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking
If reservations are done less than 45 days in advance than full payment must be made at time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.
Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. We cannot GUARANTEE special meal requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if passengers' special meal requests are not fulfilled.
Travel documents, including any air tickets and instructions for joining your tour in Europe will be sent to you approximately 7 days prior to tour departure provided full payment has been received. If you're leaving home earlier, ask your Travel Agent to request travel documents in good time.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either by email or fax directly to us . A fee of Euro 50 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier tour departure of equivalent or greater value in which case a Euro 30 per person amendment fee will be charged. The following scale of charges will apply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed.

Tour Prices: Are based on costs and exchange rates as at 15th January 2015. Should these costs change, a surcharge may be made on the price of your tour. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made once payment for the deposit of your tour is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for these guarantees, no refund will be made if costs are reduced.
Itinerary Variations: European Travel Mart Limited. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.
Tour Cancellation: European Travel Mart Limited reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
European Travel Mart Limited is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
European Travel Mart Limited referred to as the Operators, are the agents for European Travel Mart Limited we have empowered the Operators on its behalf to undertake the following duties:
The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in this program, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
This program represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned Operators.
In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by air carriers, hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Nor shall they be liable for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay from the act, error, or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control. All baggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger's own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents, employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies. The Operators are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties.
Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident.
Transportation companies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportation companies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger or purchaser of this tour and the Operators assume no responsibility in this connection. Enrollment in and payment for a tour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this program which cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of the Company. All matters arising are subject to English law.
